Our Quality Department is responsibile for ensuring the organisation's compliance with the regulatory authorities (EASA-CAA, FAA and DGCA) and continuing airworthiness maintenance requirements. It also has the responsibility for health and safety and environmental matters.

It ensures that the Quality Management Systems (QMS) is constantly reviewed and maintained so as to meet or exceed all regulatory and legislative requirements. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business objectives and through the framework of the QMS and associated procedures we ensure it is embedded throughout all of our business processes.

Training

Health and Safety

The Quality department has the responsibility for the continuous monitoring of Health & Safety practices throughout the organisation ensuring compliance with current legislation.

All personnel undergo an initial company induction session and are then added to the training programme which is managed by the Quality Department. This ensures that all personnel have the necessary expertise and competency to carry out their duties.

In addition, the department has established a programme of continuation training to enable maintenance personnel to have knowledge of the latest technologies, techniques and procedures. The Quality department have recently carried out the mandatory Human Factors training for all staff.

Regulatory Liaison and Audits

Quality is the point of contact and liaison with the Civil Aviation Authority, the Federal Aviation Administration and Directorate General of Civil Aviation. The relationship with the industry regulators ensures that established safety standards are being maintained and systems are being continually improved.

Our Quality Department periodically conducts product and process audits to ensure compliance whilst providing information to management for continual improvement. Vendors in the supply chain are also audited for their suitability to provide the required services and materials.
